If someone were to notice
The lines in Mother's face.
I would say how much they mean to me,
Nothing can take their place.
For they mean to me the worry,
The hard work and the pain.
And she has earned herself a place
In the "Mothers Hall of Fame."
They are to me the love and care
She gives us through the years.
The kindness she has always shown
Has dried up all our tears.
If someone were to notice,
I'd say there are oniy three.
One each for grandchildren
My sister, and for me.
