Family oral history for the triplets comes from my mother, Ruth Chamberlin Sabo:

"My Grandma had the triplets prematurely. They were very small and were kept in a shoebox with a light bulb suspended over them to provide heat. Triplet "A" died soon after birth and was kept in a box on the porch after his death, as the others were not expected to live because of their severe prematurity. The second son lived until December 28 and the last died on the third day after his birth. Grandmother sewed dresses for them to be buried in from Grandfather's handkerchiefs. After the death of the last one, Grandfather took them by horse and buggy to Canonsburg for burial with other family members. An older family member remember him being very cold from the trip to bring the triplets "home". They were buried together in Cannonsburg Old Cemetery, Cannonsburg, Michigen. Their grave has a marker which reads "BLOOMIMG IN HEAVEN" and has three tulips along the top of the stone."

Note of interest: For over a hundred years the only notation in the cemetry files was incorrect. The cemetery records noted that a person named B Looming was interred in that spot. This error was corrected in the official records on 18 October 2006, with clarification of who lies in that location.
