Mrs. Moffett was born May 8, 1932 in Onalaska to parents Kacoska and Katie Sheffield Moore.
She married Luther D. Moffett on Sept. 5, 1953 and he preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 1999.
Survivors include a son, Sidney Moffett and wife Deborah of Livingston; daughter, LaJuana Adams and husband Timothy of Manor, Ga.; two brothers, Loy E. "Putney" Moore and wife Mary of Livingston and James C. "Turk" Moore and wife Jolene of Livingston; grandchildren, Angela Knittel and husband Andrew of Livingston, Jennifer Murphy and husband Chuck of Lake Palestine, Rebecca, Rachel and Noah Adams of Manor, Ga. and Benjamin Adams of Camp Lajeune, N.C. and two great-grandchildren, Luther and Jorginah Murphy.
Pace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
