Tater was a mix between a Pekingese (Sandy) and a Pomeranian (Teddy Bear). She was 12 1/2 years old when she died.
She was a good dog, a friend to everyone.
We named her Tater because when we couldn't get Sandy to eat anything, we'd peel a raw potato and she'd eat it. The day Tater was born I had to go to the store, because we didn't have any fresh potatoes and we was worried about her not eating.
We have three more dogs (Tico, Baby and Cricket) since Tater died. We love them, but Tater will always be our special baby.

a goldfish, bunny or a reptile
their loss to us is such a pity
We miss their bark or meowing
or whatever sound they make
we miss their presence round us
even if it's a slithering snake
They've grown to be a part of us
cause they're always by our side
They're the little creatures of God
and now with Him they abide

so God decided today
to call me back to heaven
where all the other dogs play.
But for those of you who knew me
I was really not a dog
just one of God's special angels
sent to help you know of love.
So bless all of you who touched my life
in some way or another
I will send down special love to you
