Spc. Julie R. Hickey, 20, of Galloway, Ohio; assigned to the 412th Civil Affairs Battalion, Army Reserve, Whitehall, Ohio; died July 4 in Landstuhl, Germany, of complications from a non-combat-related illness after being evacuated from Bagram, Afghanistan, on June 30. Julie is survived by her mother, her father, stepfather and six brothers, sisters and step-siblings.
