Graveside services for Sandra Pinkston Cheverria, 25, of Mexico and a former Bonham resident were held Thursday at Fannin Memorial Gardens with Rev. C. R. Carry officiating.
Mrs. Cheverria was born in Bonham on April 13, 1955, the daughter of Joseph Pinkston and Dorothy Osborne Pinkston. She died at her home in Mexico on Sunday, January 11 after a sudden illness.
She is survived by her husband Paulio Cheverria and her son Raymond, both of Mexico; her father and step-mother Joseph and Bonnie Pinkston of Ravenna; one brother, Joe "Buster" Pinkston Jr. of Bonham; four sisters, Frances Lackey of Bonham, Carol Vaught of Dodd City, Linda Bobbitt of Amarillo and Christie Pinkston of Ravenna.
Pallbearers were Carrol Brown, Raymond Lackey, Phillip Osborne, Kenneth Bethel, Bob Baldwin and Tommy Thomas.
Wise Funeral Home of Bonham was in charge of arrangements.
