She was born March 17, 1925, in Manhattan to John and Elsa Bunke. Ms. Hinsch was a homemaker, who family members said enjoyed studying nutrition, Bible study and leading prayer groups. She was a member of Order of St. Luke and Valparaiso Guild.
Loving mother of John (Judy) of Plainview, James (Lisa) of Laurel, Paul (Krista) of Bethpage, Peter (Kathy) of Southold, all of NY. Also Lois (David) Birner of Wisconsin and Priscilla of Ohio. Adored grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of eight.
