He lived near Armstrong Corners, Osceola township, Fond du lac Co, WI until 1869 then moved to where Bower, Nebr. now is, by Fairbury, NE.
He moved to San Rafael, CA in May 1882 for health reasons, and lived with his daughter Mrs. Elizabeth Melzzer, until his death, in July of the same year.
Cemetery Staff confirmed he is buried there, however - No Grave Marker found
