Slayrean Goff, age 75 of Jackson, KY passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Hazard ARH in Hazard, KY. Slayrean was a retired state employee social worker. Slayrean is the son of the Late John H. and Mary Little Goff.
Slayrean is survived by a daughter, Tammey Goff Napier - Hazard, KY; a son: Stan (Jenny) Goff - Georgetown, KY; five grandchildren: Travis Napier, Taylor Napier, Todd Napier, Trevor Smitson, and Brooke Smitson. Also surviving Slayrean are one niece, Shirley King - Jackson, KY; two nephews: Josh Waddel - Jackson, KY
and Johnny Salyers Jr. - Mt. Sterling, KY.
Visitation for Slayrean will be Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Ison. Burial will follow at the Goff Family Cemetery in Jackson, KY
