Mrs Avery Degolier, ages 23 years, died at her home in Elkhart Saturday morning of pulmonary edema, resulting from heart weakness due to the shock of childbirth.
She was married June 30, 1908, to Avery Degolier, who with her infant son; parents, Mr and Mrs S L Kantz, all of Elkhart, survives her.
Kindly in disposition and of loveable nature, Mrs DeGolier endeared herself to a host of friends who with her relatives mourn her loss. The funeral was held Monday with services at the Brethren church, Rev J L Kimmell officiating.
