Robert "Bob" Wakelee Jr.,is the son of Robert and Edith Hawkes Wakelee. He was born in Derby, New Haven County,Connecticut. Bob was not an only child he had at least two brothers. Their names at this point are unknown to me.
He grew up in Connecticut where he joined the U.S. Air Force,in 1956. Bob served in the US Air Force for 20 Year. He was stationed in many places,Guam,and California to name a few.

Bob was introduced to his wife through one of his friends Butler Terrill (the brides brother). Bob and Butler were stationed together. Bob and Adah Mae Terrill where married on 25 May 1963 in Kirtland, Lake Co. Ohio. They have two married sons Kieth and Laura Wakelee and Kent and Kelly Wakelee. Bob and Adah are the proud grandparents of two lovely girls,Nicole and Charlotte.

After retiring from the U.S. Air Force he was employed at Chicago Pneumatic as an industrial engineer. He was very active in Baron Steuben Masonic Lodge and other related organizations.

Bob was a highly respected in the Masons and in his community.
