MANCHESTER - Janet I. Stonestreet, 77, of Manchester, NH, died October 21, 2013, after a period of failing health.

Born in Detroit, MI on February 27, 1936, she was the daughter of Conley and Margaret (Green) Ingersoll. She resided in Ohio and New York most of her life before moving to Manchester in 2003.

Mrs. Stonestreet attended Kent State University.

She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed making pottery and painting in watercolor.

She was married 25 years to James E. Stonestreet. He died December 29, 1981.

Family members include two daughters, Lisa A. Brown and Vicki S. Howes; a son, Richard B. Stonestreet; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

SERVICES: Following cremation, urn burial will take place in Sandy Creek, New York at a later date.

The Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, Manchester, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
