Rhoda Lynn Culver, was born on May 26, 1954, in Newark, New Jersey to the late Charles and Shirley Culver. At 2:30 p.m. on December 20, 2000 the last call was sounded and God reach down
at Franklin Square Hospital and claimed our beloved mother.
Energetic and determined, Rhoda was educated at West Side High, Newark, New Jersey and continued her education at Mervo High, Baltimore, Maryland. In later years Rhoda obtain a Certified Nursing Degree through the State of Maryland.
Rhoda was one who loved the Lord. Rhoda loved to sing and was known for her strong vocals. Rhoda sang on the choir at the Metropolitan Baptist church in Newark, New Jersey. Rhoda loved and enjoyed helping others. Rhoda left special memories to each and everyone who knew her and she will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her and loved her.
Proceeded her in death, one son, Charles Otis Dingle Jr. II;
Rhoda leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted Charles Otis Dingle Jr., three daughters Twanette Culver-Green, Tarsha Culver-Reid and Donna Culver; one son, Otis Dingle; one brother Charles Culver Jr.; Twelve grandchildren; one nephew; three nieces; Aunt Jenny; Uncle Ben;and host of other aunts, great-aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
