Mrs. Minta Finkel Collier, 79, widow of the Rev. W. B. Collier, died Monday at her home in Flora. Mrs. Collier was a former resident of Bartholomew county. She was foster daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Finkel.

She was born Jan. 9, 1880, and married the Rev. Collier in September, 1900. He died July 4, 195S. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Mable Collier Cecrle; a foster sister, Mrs. Bertha Keller of Hope, and a foster brother, Earl Finkel of Columbus.

Funeral rites will be held Wednesday afternoon at Flora and at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon at Hathaway funeral home. Burial will be made at Garland Brook cemetery. The casket will be open at the funeral home after noon Thursday.
