OBITUARY: ALFRED SHELDON BURRIGHT, son of John D. and Emma Burright, w as born near Norwich, Iowa, October 4, 1885, and passed away after a linge ring illness at the University Hospital at Iowa City, Iowa, March 11, 193 8, at the age of 52 years 5mos and 7 days. On January 1, 1908 he was unit ed in marriage with Metta Ross of Roseville, ILL.
To this union were born three children, Marie Hamilton of Macomb, Eldon a nd Ervin of Roseville.
Besides his wife and three children he leaves toi mourn his passing four g randchildren, three brothers, six sisters and a host of other relatives a nd friends.
Their early married life was spent in Iowa. Later they moved to Illino is where they have since resided.
In early life he united with the Methodist church of Guss, Iowa.
Funeral services were held at the Roseville Methodist church at 2:30 o'clo ck, Monday, March 14. Interment was made in the Asbury Cemetery near Rose ville, ILL. Relatives attending the services from a distance were Ralp h, Addie and Ida Burright of Gravity, Iowa. S.M. Burright and Lena Sh um of New Market, IA, Miss Alea Burright of Eaton, CO.
