Jean Fisk Allison, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. Mrs. Allison was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church. Her husband, father, and son owned and operated Madison County Livestock Market. Jean's life revolved around her family and church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Allison, sister, Nell Fisk, and parents.
Survivors include son, Dick Allison (Barbara) of Huntsville; daughter, Pat Allison Mott (Jack) of Kennesaw, GA; grandchildren, Lauren Allison Higginbotham (Jimmy) of Spanish Fort, Tricia Allison Morris (John) of Brentwood, TN, Amy Cancel Gatlin (Earl) of Canton, GA, and Jason Cancel (Rufina) of Hong Kong; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Mark Seanor officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
