Helen Louise Teed Lockwood, 75, Dallas, died Oct. 14, 1994. She was born Sept. 22, 1919, and lived most of her life in Wabash until she went to live in Dallas three years ago.
She was a member of the Wabash Presbyterian Church and was involved with the Lagro Presbyterian Church. In Dallas, she was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, where she was in the Stephens Ministry and was a member of the Order of St. Luke.
Survivors include her husband, Paul, who was an insurance agent in Wabash; a daughter, Mrs. Cole (Margo) McCombs; a son, Bryan Lockwood; a sister, Mary Scoville; and grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service Saturday at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, 11540 Ferguson Rd, Dallas, TX 75228. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parish Nurses at her church in Dallas.
