Edward Martin, 57, was the son of James Martin, and born in Runnells Iowa. Edward took his own life Sunday evening with a 4-10 gauge shotgun. Edward was a farm hand in Collins Iowa for more tan 25 years, and had worked for the following people: C.F. Mead, Ed Vasey, and Roy Davis. Both of Edward's parents died when he was a small boy. Edward is survived by his sister Mrs. John (Martin) Wellschon.
