Vic Andrews of Redondo Beach passed away March 20, 2013 at 3:45 a.m. after an illness of three months. He was born in 1931 in Arizona to A. and O. Andrews.
Vic graduated from Tucson schools and Arizona State University with a BS in electrical engineering. His career in engineering spanned 33 years in aerospace and SCE. During the Korean War he served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Vic lived in Southern California. for 49 years.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, three sons, and two grandchildren. Vic also is survived by four sisters, a brother, plus many nieces, nephews and cousins. His family was a great source of joy for him. Services for family will be at the Riverside National Cemetery at a later date.
