Mrs. Sperber was a charter member of First English Lutheran Church since 1947, and served her church for many years through the Ladies Guild Society. In the late 1960's, Connie was secretary of the Agri-Business program at Northeastern Junior College. She had been an active member of Quota International for many years. She served as past president of the Sterling club and served as District 9 Governor in 1972.
Connie and Harold loved to travel. They traveled extensively to Quota International conventions throughout the United States and Canada. They also traveled to Europe with the Luther's Heritage tour, visiting Germany, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the birthplace of Connie's father.
Connie loved and cared deeply for her family. She enjoyed sharing time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Hilding and Helen (Page) Lundin, brother Herbert Lundin, and an infant sister, all of Watford City, ND.
She is survived by her husband, Harold; sons: Hal and wife Sue (Jewkes), and Mike and wife Linda (Bicknel) all of Sterling; daughter: Helen and husband Bob Duncan of Crook, CO, ten grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
