He graduated from Central Arkansas in 1993 and was a loan officer with the United States Small Business Administration.
Survivors include his wife, Victoria Jill Julian Mercing; his mother, Nannette McOwen of Little Rock; his father and mother-in-law, Terry and Diana Julian of Benton, Ark.; one sister and her husband, Chris and Jeff Robinson and their daughter, Peyton, all of Dallas, Texas; a brother-in-law, John Julian of Benton, Ark.; his grandparents, Eddie and LaVerne Roden of Kennett; a grandmother, Lucy Irene McOwen, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services were held Saturday, August 19, 2000, 2:30 p.m. in the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel in Little Rock, with Dr. Don McMahon and Dr. Bill Chism, both of Springield officiating.
