Dale Henry was born in Cameron to Milford B. and Dorris (Spence) Henry. He was raised in Rockdale where he was a 1965 graduate of Rockdale High School and a member of the school band. He attended three years at Texas Christian University and was a member of the college band. He lived a number of years in Ft. Worth, then moved to Austin, Morgans Point, Carmine then back to Rockdale. He was a member of Rockdale Christian Church, served there as an Elder, was on the Chairman of the Board and an adult Sunday school teacher. After college, he was the Building Manager at Ft. Worth National Bank. In Austin, he owned a carpet business and then was manager for a commercial insulation business in Brenham. He was a big sports fan, a loyal Rangers fan, he kept all of their stats, a big TCU football fan and loved his church and family. Dale passed away in the Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena. Services were held February 16, 2013 in the Rockdale Christian Church, followed by burial in the Forest Grove Cemetery in Forest Grove, Texas. Pastor Harry Stevenson officiated. Phillips & Luckey
