She was born Oct. 17, 1938, in Peoria to Loren H. and Blanche C. Cannon Seay.
Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer L. Lincoln; one son, Michael L.; one grandson; and one sister.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
She worked in the office at Peoria Casket Co. and later was a bookkeeper at Schindles Furniture in Peoria for 10 years.
She was a member of the Illinois Kidney Foundation. She was a publicity chairperson and secretary for the Premature High Risk Infant Association.
She was a former member of Grace United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Peoria Area Anti-Hunger Coalition and the Outreach Program.
