Mrs. Lillie Andrews.
Mrs. Lillie B. Andrews died suddenly of heart trouble, Tuesday night, at 11:20 O'clock October 26, 1920, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Glass, 435 South 4th avenue, Canton Ill.
Lillie B. Long was born in McDonough county, January 27th, 1859, a daughter of Joseph and Delia Long and received her education and graduated from the Deaf and Dumb Institute, Jacksonville, Ill.
On October 1, 1884 she was united in marriage to Melvin W. Andrews of LaCrosse, Ill., where she has spent her married life.
To this union was [sic] born three children, Henry of Louisville, Nebraska; Mrs. Ruby Glass, of canton, Ill; and Leon at the home farm.
Besides the husband and three children she leaves also two grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Crane and Mrs. Kate Low, of Waterman, Ill., and Mrs. Joanna Herron, of Kansas City, MO.
She was a member of the Christian church, of LaCrosse, and also an active worker of the Ladies Aid Society of that church.
The funeral and burial was [sic] held at Canton Saturday. James w. Andres and Ernest Chapin of this vicinity, were in attendance.
