PORTLAND, Ind.--Alma G. Green, 85, former resident of Heather Park Apartments, died Tuesday in CommunityCare Center East.
Mrs. Green, who was born in Jay County, was a homemaker. She was a member of Blaine United Methodist Church and Woman's Christian Temperance Union.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Green, Elkhart, Martha Mays (husband: Ivan), Kempner, Tex., and Sharon Green, Portland; a sister, Reba Skinner (husband: Kenneth), Kendallville; a brother, Preston Beech, Rome Mountain, Tenn., and two grandchildren.
Her husband, J. Harold Green, died in 1991.
Services will be in 1:30 p.m. today in Barid-Freeman Funeral Home, with Rev. Sherri Drake officiating. Burial will be in Center Cemetery. Calling will be an hour before services at the funeral home.
