Lena Aragon Barrett, 65, died in Roy on Monday, Dec. 20, 2004. Lena Barrett was born Nov. 18, 1939 in Mosquero.
She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy.
She was preceded in death by her father Antonio Trujillo and sister Stella Frison.
She is survived by her mother Mary Alewine of Amarillo; three sons, Tony Aragon and Joe Aragon both of Roy, and Frank Aragon of Albuquerque; two daughters Diane Aragon and Anna Marie Aragon both of Albuquerque; seven brothers Lowell Alewine of Amarillo, Wesley Alewine of Hamford, Calif., Robert Trujillo of Logan, Johnny Trujillo, Richard Trujillo, Candido Trujillo all of Dalhart, Texas and Gilbert Deschamps of Roy; four sisters, Anna Griego of Tucumcari, Patsy Salazar of Dalhart, Betty Trujillo of Plano, Texas and Christina Martinez of Roy.
She is also survived by numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
Rosary will be recited Monday at 7 p.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy. Mass of Resurection will be offered Tuesday morning at 10 p.m.. Interment will be in Roy Cemetery following Mass.
