Michael Andrew Biko 85, of Tavares FL., went to be with the lord on Wednesday November 28, 2012, at the Florida Hospital in Ormond Beach FL.
He was born on February 15, 1927, in Dayton OH., a son of the late Mike & Elizabeth Barta Biko.
He was a retired flight mechanic for the U.S. Civil Service, a veteran of WWII serving with the U.S. Army, in 1946 enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, then the U.S. Air Force, he finished his military career in 1959 with the Air National Guard of Ohio.
He was preceded in death along with his parents by his wife Edna Loraine Gilliam Biko on July 5, 2009.
He is survived by a son, Steve Allen Biko and his wife Linda of Tavares FL., a granddaughter, April Molina, and two grandsons, Michael Biko and Mathew Biko.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at the Smith Branch Cemetery in Greenup KY., by Elder Paul Boggs.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2012, at Wright's Funeral Home in Greenup KY.
