ELLEN JANETTE PARKHURST, 93, died Friday at Devonshire Care Center in Hemet. Born in Kasson, Minn., Miss Parkhurst lived in Hemet 31 years. She was an escrow officer at San Diego Federal Bank for 10 years.
She was a member of Hemet United Methodist Church.
She was also a member of the Tahquitz Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
Miss Parkhurst is survived by a brother-in-law, Grover E. Schwarzauer of Hemet.
No services are planned. Inurnment will be in San Jacinto Valley Cemetery in San Jacinto. Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet is handling arrangements.
