Mrs. Bailey was born in Morgan County, Aug. 19, 1908, daughter of the late Thomas and Laura Hindman. She was married to Anderson Bailey, Oct. 29, 1939, who survives her of the home. She was a member of the Assembly of God church.
Also surviving are four sons, Lawrence Bailey of Kansas City, James Bailey of La Habra, Calif., Hurshall and Charles Bailey, both of Grandview; one daughter, Mrs. Lillian Mae Edwards of Coon Rapids, Minn.; three brothers, Sam Hindman of Barnett, John Hindman of Windsor and Harry Hindman of Sedalia; three sisters, Mrs. Lindy Phillips of Versailles, Mrs. Mandy Johnson of Sedalia and, Mrs. Ella Carrender of Kansas City, Kan.; and eight grandchildren."
