Mary "Nellie" Bailey Anderson, 94, of Fayette City, Fayette County, Pa., formerly of Rices Landing, Greene County, Pa., died Thursday, October 5, 2006, in Country Care Manor, Fayette City, Pa.
She was born January 29, 1912, in Jefferson Township, Fayette County, Pa., a daughter of the late William and the late Florence Lynn Bailey.
Surviving are her son, Leo D. Connell and wife, Sara, of Miami, Florida; special nephew, Regis Geller, of Fayette City; brother, Floyd Bailey, of Rochester, New York; sister, Hazel Rohn, of New Jersey; two grandchildren: Barry and Garry Connell; and a great-granddaughter, Cheryl Connell.
Her husband, Ralph Anderson, and three brothers, William, Jr., Thurman and Robert Bailey, and a sister, Blanche Cameron, preceded her in death.
Friends will be received in the ELEY/McCRORY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 334 MAIN STREET, FAYETTE CITY, Pa., (724-326-5621) today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Monday, October 9, 2006, until 11 a.m. the Hour of Services, with the Rev.
