Jerrline Mary Andersen (Jerry), age 77, of Payson, Utah passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Mountain View Hospital.

She was born on May 4, 1935 in Provo to Eric Jerry and Alein Boardman Mattson. She married Kenneth Melvin Laird on September 21, 1953; he passed away on May 19, 1960. Jerrline then married John Gardner Andersen on May 26, 1962. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple.

Jerrline attended Benjamin and Spanish Fork Schools while growing up. She was a homemaker, mother and community volunteer. Throughout the years she participated in Daughters of Utah Pioneers and restored a cabin in the pioneer museum in Payson. Jerrline enjoyed humanitarian service and volunteered her time as a Pink Lady at the Payson Hospital. She enjoyed ceramics, fishing, camping and being with her family. She served in many positions in the LDS church.

Jerrline is survived by her husband John G. Andersen; 4 children: Gary (Lori) Laird, Ronnie (Janine) Andersen, Linda (Brent) Norton, Sherrie (Sam) Hicks; 36 Grandchildren, 35 Great-Grandchildren; 2 brothers: Karl (Koge) Bazley and Doug Bazley; 2 sisters: Ruth Neilson and Julie Crandall. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Laird; two sons: Randy Laird and James Laird, 2 brothers: Rudolph Bazley and Robert Mattson and grandson Travis John Norton.
