|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Dismal Township. Close to the orginal Plantation House willed to John Crumpler II by his father. Was located within the 230 acres described as on both sides of road, adjacent to Benjamin Williams's land and bordered by Crumpler's Swamp. This includes the orginal land first settled by John Crumpler (100 acres). Exact location is lost to time. I hope future exploration of this tract of land will produce evidence of it's location. There is no evidence that anyone after the civil war was buried here and the land moved out of Crumpler Hands with the death of John Crumpler II and over time was abandoned.
