Opened for burials in 2006, Georgia National Cemetery has 39,000 sites for traditional casket graves as well as disposition of cremation remains in burial plots, a scattering garden and columbarium. The cemetery occupies 330 developed acres of a 775-acre site donated by a private citizen to the National Cemetery Administration. |
