Cemetery notes and/or description: The little church is still used for weekly services. When the land was given for the church site the agreement was that it would always be used. They hold a cemetery cleaning and get-together every August. The cemetery is actually called "Alexander's Hope" because it was always the wish of Alexander McIntosh (he and his wife Mary are buried in the center of the site, the first ones, both buried in 1863) to dedicate a place for a church, and this was done by his son Allen at his death.
