This cemetery is out in the Ozondje suburb of Omaruru. It provides memorials for the native population since the 1960's as far as this writer knows. That is what the Municipality of Omaruru log book shows. These names were taken from the log books and are being photoed and compared to the gravestones.
Many of the graves do not have markers many people were to poor to have a stone and others have make shift stones made out of what ever kind of material they had available. Many of the signs have nothing left written on due to the harsh Namibian sun.
Please note that most of the Damara names do not have the click symbols because you cannot search for the names that way but you can see them one the gravestones.
