Located on the South side of Milltown Road east of Ballard Lake near route 52. This is an unusual burial ground with 13 incriptions and at least 50 unidentified field stones. Thirteen inscriptions were recorded by J.W. Poucher in 1924 on page 50 of "Old Gravestones of Dutchess County, New York". It was classified as a family ground in poor condition and known as the Ballard ground near Pecksville. The inscriptions were copied October 8, 1915, by J.W.Poucher, M.D. and Mrs. Clarence Fowler.
