|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
This cemetery cannot be seen from the road and is an overgrown, stone walled family plot on a private farm. The stones are mostly down or hidden in overgrown brush. To get to it you have to drive past the corner where there is a high embankment to a driveway on the right, and ask permission to visit. The access is difficult because of the brush and vegetation. There is one field stone with the letters IA then NOBI which appears to be quite old, but not with enough information to make out. I believe there are at least 20 burials in the plot, some with impressive stones that have been knocked down by tree growth.
A biographical sketch of this family is in "Kentucky Pioneer and Court Records" Author: McAdams, Harry Kennett, Date of Publication: 1929, pages 320-321.
