From north edge of Burns flat, Ok, 2 miles east.
Located in Cordell Township; Legal description: NW ¼ Section 17, Township 10 N, Range 18 W.
The cemetery was named for nearby Boggy Creek. On the 11th February 1909, Isaac and Nannie Harris sold 1 acre of farmland for less than expected in NW area for a cemetery, but no deed found for the cemetery.
