|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
The first New Hope (Methodist) Cemetery was located north west of the present-day one and was from the land of George Haynes. Some of the names of people buried here were: Kincaid, Hannah, McBee, and Penny. It was discontinued in 1868 when the present day land was donated by J. A. Albert. This land was to be used for public burial but problems developed, and in a few years it was plotted.
Located about four miles east of Millville on Route K.
This is a large cemetery that is well maintained.
North of Hardin on route A to Hwy K, then west on Hwy K at East New Hope Road. Located at New Hope Methodist Church.
