Adjoins the Octorara Presbyterian Church (Associate or Convenantor Church, original United Presbyterian).
1754 - Organized by Associate Church of Scotland (Covenantor or Seceder Presbyterians) and first church built.
1849-1850 - Present church built.
1858 - Denomination adopted the name of United Presbyterian Church.
1917 - Services discontinued at this location.
1926 - Church organization chartered by Lancaster County corts.
1939 - Site taken over by United Presbyterian General Assembly as a national religious shrine, as the mother church of all Scots Presbyterian churches in United States.
1941 - Congregation officially disbanded by Philadelphia Presbytery.
