Exact location of this cemetery is unknown, but the burials were made within site of the Old Jail.
Capt. Zacharias Gibbs, one of those loyalists who had his sentence commuted, later wrote about being imprisoned with Anderson, Clegg, Draper, Hall, and Lindley. He remembered that the "gallows was built within sight of the jail and graves prepared for the bodies".
