Cemetery notes and/or description:
From Columbia, go north on Highway 31, turn onto Double Branch Road, just after crossing Rutherford Creek. Go three miles to where road makes a sharp turn to left. Cemetery is about 300 yards further, on right, in a grove of large trees.
Besides the marked 8 or so marked graves here, there are dozens of fieldstones marking other graves. The cemetery was once a very large cemetery as the stones and fieldstones cover at least a half acre span. |
