Cemetery notes and/or description: St. Aiden's is one of the oldest and most unusual cemeteries in Freeborn County. It is located in the former village of Bath. St. Aiden's Cemetery has been in existence since Barney Banks was buried there in 1858 after he froze to death during a blizzard. The cemetery’s inhabitants were mostly Irish immigrants. A church also existed on this site in the days when Bath was a thriving village.
