Camp Garber
Flat Lick
Knox County
Kentucky  USA

Cemetery notes and/or description:
Clues to why Camp Garber is named Garber may help us find the exact location- is it named after a property owner, a geographical feature, a soldier, or the future baby food company? All speculation is appreciated.

"Our first camp was on high ground and well laid out with a large street between each row of tents (Sibley's)."

"Camp Garber is about one mile northwest of Flat Lick, on the main road leading from Barboursville to Cumberland Gap."
