Cemetery is located approximately 4 miles east of Newton interchange or 4 miles west Hickory interchange
on the north side U.S. Highway 80. It is situated between U.S. 80 and Interstate 20. Only access to the cemetery is from U.S. 80
The cemetery provides 3000 standard burial plots, 1000 pre-placed crypts and 576 columbarium niches along with administrative offices, a committal service shelter, memorial walkways and maintenance support structures.
The cemetery was established in April 2009. The dedication was on May 30, 2011 (Memorial Day) with the first burial held on July 5, 2011, Sgt. Henry Lewak Trest, U. S. Army. Henry L. Trest was also the Past State Commander for the American Legion.
