Steinbach Census Division
|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
The Randolph CMC Cemetery is the final resting place for many Mennonite Pioneers. Located off Hwy 206, in the Rural Municipality of Hanover, the Randolph CMC Cemetery is owned by the Chortitzer Mennonite Conference and maintained by volunteers.
After operating for over a century, the church was closed and the CMC held a celebration service to commemorate the role that it has in played the in Mennonite history both within the Conference and on the grander scale. This final service at Randolph took place on Sunday, August 29, 2010.
The CMC Conference is keeping the cemetery across the road as a heritage cemetery to remind us of what God has done for us, and that we need to remember to continue to serve the same God faithfully as those before us.
