Cemetery notes and/or description:
This little rural cemetery is located just south of New London. Follow Quincy avenue and from where the pavement ends you go about 1 and 1/2 miles and turn left up a county lane to Farlow. There use to be a nice fence around it and a gate here with a sign that said Farlow Cemetery.

This cemetery is sometimes noted as Reese, Harden or Flint. As a youth I lived in the farm house next door and spent many an hour wandering around this cemetery. This farm is noted as the Reese-Clark farm. In the early 1900's the Milton McCabe family lived on the farm and in 1915 on July 10th Milton's wife Minnie was killed when a tornado struck when they had just pulled their wagon and team of horses into the big barn. She was hit by the barn door as it flew off and striking her in the neck. The children Letha was slammed against a gate and Raymond was blown under the wagon. I remember running to the cellar many a time as a small child. Milton and his wife are buried Burge Cemetery close to New London on Highway 34.

I have a special place in my heart for this holy ground upon which these residents now reside.
