Located in Raccoon Creek State Park.
King's Creek Prebyterian Church was organized in 1785, about 4 miles from Florence, Washington Co. in Hanover Township, Beaver County. In 1798, the congregation moved to Florence, Pa. near US Route 22. It was renamed Cross Roads Presbyterian Church because it was near the intersection of Pittsburgh-Steubenville Pike and Washington-Georgetown Road (Rt. 18). Later it was again renamed Florence Presbyterian Church. |
