|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Baptists had apparently been meeting at Haneyville since the mid-1800s. Originally, they met in an old schoolhouse, but on 23 March 1896, David and Julia Glover deeded them land for a church. The deed indicates that the graveyard was already in existence next to the church site. The Haneyville Baptist Church was built by 1906. A 1920s fire destroyed early church records, but the church was reopened in 1928. The cemetery adjoins the church and the earliest gravestones date to the 1860s.
