|Cemetery notes and/or description:|
Saint Lukes Cemetery is located on land originally settled and owned by Martin Stoler. Mr. Stoler settled in the area between 1769 and 1774. There is no known record of the first person buried in this cemetery except that it was a female with the surname of Cypher. The second person laid to rest in it was Martin Stoler on July 23, 1810. The Stoler residence was located about one hundred yards north of the cemetery beside Stoler Run. For a period of time the German Reformed Church was located on the cemetery grounds but was later moved to Saxton.
